Test Principle for Vacuum attenuation method: The instrument is connected to one test chamber where the specimen is placed and vacuum is applied. Due to the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the specimen, the headspace gas will go through the leaks to the test chamber and the instrument. The instrument will monitor the vacuum change inside the test chamber with pressure sensor and differential pressure sensor and provide test results in accordance with the change of vacuum.
