KEYARROW (TAIWAN) CO., LTD. was established with a focus on "mechanical appearance sheet metal" and has gradually transformed into a professional manufacturer of telescopic covers. In 1993, we launched our own brand, Keyarrow. Our years of dedication have not only led us to concentrate on the development of new products but also to actively research and develop technologies such as CSPM, resulting in 117 patents across 18 countries. In 2004, we successfully licensed our patents, technologies, and production models to NABELL Corporation in Japan, further expanding our market influence.
To enhance production management efficiency, KEYARROW (TAIWAN) CO., LTD. introduced the KAPS (KeyArrow Production System) in 2007. This system is based on "5S + TPM" principles and follows the concepts of the Toyota Production System (TPS), aiming to "deliver quality products on time to our customers' production lines" while continually striving for zero defects and zero inventory for our clients.
In line with industry development trends, we focus on digital transformation (DX) and green transformation (GX). For instance, our "Smart Energy-Saving Precision Chain Chip Disposal Machine" demonstrates impressive filtration accuracy and flow rate while supporting the Umati communication protocol, allowing machine tools and intelligent components to communicate efficiently. Additionally, our smart start-stop and low chip speed reduction functions address user concerns about disposal machines failing to start due to energy-saving measures.
